Jim Torti has been on the team for less than a week and I must say he like no other. He has inspired the team and built confidence by setting the example. He has the natural ability to make his fellow workers feel at ease by solving the problems they have but never making them feel lesser than him. Jim possesses the talent to frankly communicating with colleagues and team members explaining the necessary course of action without showing any importunity. Jim is extremely professional. He is always on time, prepared and works to push you on your own agenda - like a coach. I learned quite a bit along the way. In particular my business needed some financial organization which then translated into the sale of portions of the business in line with our goals. He also facilitated an increase in the deal by negotiating with the other parties. I would highly recommend him.

We're a start up about 4 years in operation, as such there were some things we didn't understand or simply didn't know how to execute. Jim was very helpful in putting our Business Plan together. He's knowledge in business is very well rounded and incredibly crucial in helping us put together a plan quickly and efficiently, aside from the internal struggles we were currently facing.
